We manage and operate a portfolio of cash-flowing businesses and real assets across Canada and the United States, while also providing senior secured lending for buyers acquiring established companies. Through our SPV-based private credit platform, we structure first-lien, asset-backed facilities with disciplined underwriting and transparent reporting. Private Credit & SPV Lending
DH76 provides direct senior secured loans to operators acquiring cash-flowing businesses. Each loan is issued through a stand-alone SPV, giving investors transparency and borrowers fast, flexible capital outside traditional banks.
